JCS Exceptions with 2.1.5?

Anyone have any tips/ideas/suggestions as to what might be causing a JCS
exception of the following form:

ERROR (2004-06-22) 18:41:29.156
org.apache.jcs.auxiliary.disk.indexed.IndexedDiskCache : Failure updating
element, cacheName: main, key: PK_R-resource-

It doesn't seem to be consistent.

Running 2.1.5 released version.

Thanks!
