   Unfortunately we're pinned at that old version of Werkzeug for a reason. Our AuTests make heavy use of `httpbin`, which is on life support and is broken for recent versions of Werkzeug. Since `httpbin` isn't being updated, we depend upon an old Werkzeug.
   
   There's a comment I added above the Werkzeug pin that describes this.
