No jar files in lib directory

hi,
I check out the source from the svn. but i could not build it since there
are no
jar file in the svn lib.

Hi Amila,
I've finished checking in the lib directory.  Please grab a new copy from
svn.

I've also update the readme.txt in the docs directory.
