[jira] (MJAVADOC-379) Reactor order changed

Frank Cornelis created MJAVADOC-379:
---------------------------------------

             Summary: Reactor order changed
                 Key: MJAVADOC-379
                 URL: https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MJAVADOC-379
             Project: Maven Javadoc Plugin
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.8
Environment: Maven 3.1.1, Maven javadoc plugin 2.8, 2.9.1
            Reporter: Frank Cornelis

For somehow reason the maven-javadoc-plugin changes the build order when doing:
mvn clean install site site:stage
Causing the build to fail of course. Had to switch back to maven-javadoc-plugin version 2.7.
PS: first make sure that the local maven repo does not contain the artifacts that you're about to build.
This bug also makes the maven-release-plugin to fail.
