Numbers during fetching, meaning?

What do the numbers during fetching mean?

For example:

060324 224120 fetching http://www.gamathe.de/

060324 -- I don't know where this number comes from
224120 -- or this one.

I have about 140,000 in my fetchlist, so 224 is greater than that?
Maybe I missed something in the docs.

The first number is the date and the second number is the time of fetching.
By looking at these numbers at the beginning and the end of the log
file, you can have an idea of how long the fetch has taken.
