An Apache Netbeans Day in Karlsruhe?
Hi,
I am thinking about to organize an "Apache Netbeans Day" at Cooperative State
University Karlsruhe, where I am working for the next year 2019.
https://www.karlsruhe.dhbw.de/rahmlab/uebersicht.html
I have found
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NETBEANS/NetBeans+Events
I am coaching some students in deep learning, antlr-based DSLs and robotics related stuff
and I want to base more and more student projects on the Netbeans IDE and Platform.
So my interest is to organize an event for a bigger group of students, where they can meet
Netbeans as an IDE and also as a platform for their projects.
Typically the students only know IntelliJ IDEA and Eclipse.
So I am very interested in people who wants to come as spearks, in materials, ideas and
experiences with similar events.
There is a time slot somewhere in the beginning of May, at which most of our the students
are here but have no course. So maybe we can place the Apache Netbeans Day there.
Any help or feedback about what such an Apache Netbeans Day can be is very welcome.
best regards
Oliver
