In light of the fact that spam sources are difficult to find, and the fact
that zero action is taken against spammers, and the fact that spam continues to
increase unabated, we are no longer going to participate in this useless game.

you need to be a little more specific about where exactly the bug in
SpamAssassin lies, here.  this sounds more like a statement of opinion, and
irrelevant to the SA engine, since that doesn't require you to report spam in
any way.

Why don't I see posts from info@oil4lessllc.com in GMANE? looks like domain is
also hosted on whiz.to, 206.58.39.165. Which seems to be host to over 700
questionible domains.

Am I missing something here?

+1 to close this ridiculous bug.
