Is there a rampart 1.3 version available for download?
Hello,
None of the links at the web site
http://www.apache.org/dyn/mirrors/mirrors.cgi/ws/rampart/1_3/rampart-1.3.zip works for downloading the release.
Do you know if there is a working link? If so, what is it?

I tried but Axis2 1.3 doesn't detect it. It throws an exception

rampart-1.2.zip works for 1.3 too
