[ANN] Various mojo-archetypes released

The Mojo team is pleased to announce new releases of various archetypes in the group org.codehaus.mojo.archetypes related to NetBeans, OSGi, and Java EE:

webapp-j2ee14 1.2

webapp-javaee6 1.4

ejb-j2ee14 1.2
ejb-jee5 1.2
ejb-javaee6 1.4
ear-j2ee14 1.3
ear-jee5 1.3
ear-javaee6 1.4

Significant changes:

- use <dependencyManagement> for JUnit dep in netbeans-platform-app-archetype and nbm-suite-root
- removing empty test dirs in netbeans-platform-app-archetype, nbm-archetype, and osgi-archetype; easy to add tests if you want them
- fixing osgi.core scope in osgi-archetype to work on JDK 7
- drop extra labels like "J2EE 1.4 Webapp" to <name>s in EE archetypes
- update test deps to JUnit 4.8.2
