When we started using Airflow, we noticed that some error messages were not presented to a user using the UI. Also, a user using the UI will not necessarily have access to the error log so it makes sense to be able to display the error log in the UI. 

This should be merged after: 
https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/pull/1921/files

as this introduces an error log.
