Struts Tiles vs Jetspeed?

Anyone considered using Struts Tiles in favor of Jetspeed or the other way
around?
I'm looking at Tiles and it seems to have a lot of the same functionality as
Jetspeed, only lacking the admin tools to edit the portal in a user friendly
way.
Advantage of Tiles seems to be to me that it is more flexible/friendly in
designing a portal....

Any thoughts?
