[jira] Updated: (MRM-372) Rename "Local Repositories" in the web ui

Wendy Smoak updated MRM-372:
----------------------------

       Assignee: Wendy Smoak
    Description:
The label "Local Repositories" is confusing.

In Maven terminology, your local repository is the one in ~/.m2/repository.

This needs to be changed back to "Managed Repositories".

I generally call these "Internal" or "Internal Remote" repositories when answering user list questions.
