Changing log file size

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know how to change the log file size? I've read berkeley
db's manual, and tried to change it in DB_CONFIG without any success. It
has no result at all. I wasn't even sure that it was reading the
DB_CONFIG file, but then I tried to change set_lg_max to 0, and svn
stopped working. Is it a db4 bug, or maybe there's some magic to reload
these values?
