local-managers.xreg

Hi,

I find there is local-managers.xreg.

Do you know how to use this? I think this is only a Portlet implementation
like local-portlet.xreg.

So why does Paul create this in the config_guide.html?

Frans

Re: local-managers.xreg

Frans,

local-managers.xreg is for site specific controllers and controls
definitions.
If you define a 5 column layout, that definition would go here.

local-skins.xreg is for site specific skin definitions
If you define a "SiteStandard" skin that was Red and Green with
a border around title, that definition would go here.

local-portlets.xreg is for site specific portlet definitions

I will add some examples and clarify the description in this section.

Thank you for reading the documentation and asking questions!

Paul Spencer
