[JTC] Use of DOXYGEN instead of SCANDOC...

What do you think about DOXYGEN <http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/>?
I'm thinking about changing from SCANDOC to DOXYGEN for the automatically
generated documentation from C code...
