[PR] Remove some exclusions from formatting generated Java files [lucene]

We have several manual exclusions preventing formatting of generated files but - with the exception of two files that cause stack overflows - this isn't really a problem, I think. We should allow cleaning up the formatting of those files after regeneration so that they look consistent with the remaining source files.
