- Monitoring tool should provide UI which allows to view and manage:
	- active transactions (including: long-running) 
	- locks aquired;
	- tasks performed;
	- deadlocks detected.
	
- Moniroring tool should alert and keeps history of:
	- java level deadlocks;
	- GC- or STW- pauses;
	- threadpool starvation events.

Best candidates (as monitoring tool) are WebConsole and VisorConsole
