[jira] [Comment Edited] (YARN-5358) Consider adding a config setting to accept logical cluster name

Publish container metrics for application entities, including managed AM and unmanaged AM, all of which will have the same app id.

For entity table & sub app entity table:
For container metrics, the container ids are different across clusters, the epoch gets changed.

For application table
For application attempts across the subclusters, they will have same app ids, so put the sub cluster name in the column name so that data does not get overwritten for containers running on other sub clusters.

> As part of the discussion in the context of Timeline Service and Federation integration (YARN-5357), we may want to allow for configurable cluster name (in addition to the physical cluster name which is part of cluster setting).
> Filing jira to think about this.
> The logical (aka federated) cluster names should be restricted to a whitelist perhaps so that it can't be totally upto to the user.
