commit messages for GSoC 2011 spreadsheet

If nobody objects, I'd like to have infra set up commit messages for
https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers/gsoc/, where the scoring chart for this year's GSoC
lives, to go to commits@community.apache.org

commits@community is a public list and the mentors reviews/scores are
private

send them to code-awards@apache.org which is a mentor only list

file by manually by ourselves ?
