namespaces and pages

According to the userguide, a PageLink to reference another page *in the
same* library, should use the "namespace" attribute.

How do I reference a page in another library?

<span jwcid="nnn@PageLink" page="Home" namespace="ognl:??????">Link</span>

Cheers,
Ron
