tcl 8.1 regular expression package

Hi, 

Regarding the discussion about the new regex library, Scriptics would be
happy if the Apache group chooses Henry Spencer new regexp package included
with 8.1
It is a full featured regex package (at the same level than the Perl one).
It is part of tcl 8.1, but was designed to be used also as a standalone C
library, so it should be fairly easy to reuse.
We at Scriptics encourage you to contact Henry directly for the latest
version.
