v1.3.24

Hi all,

There were a number of bugs introduced when the HTTP/1.1 mod_proxy was
committed to v1.2.23.

These bugs are fixed in v1.3.24-dev, and I'd like to get the fixes out
asap. Are there plans for a v1.3.24 soon?
