Can't apply patch zlib-1.2.3-vc32-2005-rcver.patch

Hi,
I received next errors:

The patches are provided principally to produced symbolic .pdb's to
aid the developers in debugging.  If you don't know what I'm saying,
it's unlikely you need these patches at all.
