   when collect the data.
   It has error with follow logs

   it looks like the data `staging环境更新了自定���标准状态后，没有配置自定义状态，自动同步任务可以进行同步，手动同步的会提示失败` not support for utf-8.

   convertBug success in this case.

   run to insert that data.
