I pushed a commit to the dist.a.o svn repo that 

* deleted 2.2.4 (since 2.2.5 is there)
* updated the stable pointer from 2.2.4 to 2.2.5
* deleted hbase-1.3.6 (since 1.3 is EOM)
* updated the header message to note EOM for 1.3, fix a reference to the stable-1 pointer we decided not to have, and cleaned up some text phrasing.
