rc6 is out.

Tested few examples dags, LGTM.
There is one default example dag broken with import errors, i have added fix here, https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/52956

@kaxil I checked out 3.0.3c1 and confirmed that my PR [Add ti information to requeue logs #49995](https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/49995) is working on it. I deliberately got tasks stuck in queued and confirmed that the correct logs got printed. Is that what is needed for this issue?

PR https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/52919 merged the bugfix to v3-0-test to fix the issue of UI refreshing that Jarek mentioned ^^^- if we decide to run a RC4 this would be the fix.
