Falcon bi-weekly collaboration meeting - 26th Aug 2015 - MOM

Thanks all for joining the sync up. MOM are following:

1. Falcon 0.7 Release: Ajay to call for vote on Monday/Tuesday.

2. Falcon Lifecycle: Ajay to send updated design, and clarify open
questions.

3. Falcon to differentiate between workflow FAILED and workflow KILLED JMS
notifications sent by Oozie.

4. Cluster Entity Management - Balu gave an overview. Balu to incorporate
review comment came from folks and re-publish it.

5. Proxy user support - Sowmya gave an overview. For more details:
