Burn Lewis commented on UIMA-5328:

CLI now sets DUCC_UMASK if not in the spec.  But ducc.log is not using the DUCC_MASK value, and also the log directory itself is still created with ducc's permissions.  Also if DUCC_MASK is explicitly set the CLI does not use it when creating the 2 spec files.
