new system configuration

The Cocoon page says to send config arrangements to the list, so here
goes...

I recently installed Cocoon on Win2k Server, IIS5.0, Sun JDK 1.2.2, and JRun
3.0...works great!  (though I'm not a convert to the dark side, the client
wanted it that way ;-)
