   Few observations - 
   - Can we rename the PR title to contain the short summary of what feature this PR is trying to add
   - Add tests to ascertain that feature works as expected and avoid regression
   - Let's get the basic static checks done - https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/STATIC_CODE_CHECKS.rst 
   - Also, updating documentation to let users know about the feature that they can use.
