Hello,
It seems we have a JMX plan that is supposed to illustrate how CSV DataSet
works, but example seems wrong.

What shall we do with it ?

That's rather odd - also it looks as though it should work.

OK, I see now.

I assume that the example may have worked originally.
So I think the first thing to try is to see if it works with a version
of JMeter that was around at the time - for example 2.5.
If that works and it does not do so now, then we have found a regression.
