Allura on a 32 bit VM

My CPU doesn't support a 64 bit VM. Is it possible or acceptable to set up
Allura on a 32 bit VM in order to contribute to the project?

Yeah, I think that should work just fine.  Nothing in Allura is 64-bit specific.
 I'm not sure why the INSTALL file says to pick 64 bit.
