[I] [Bug]: System data reading (SZL) does not work when multiple packets are to be received.

### What happened?
When reading system parameters (SZL) whose data structure is larger than the size of a single response (typically 400 bytes), subsequent packets are not processed, freezing the driver.
Target device: S7-300/S7-400/Vipa

This bug not only affected the reading of data from the system, but also the alarm system.
Response decoding must run on its own thread, which prevents the flow of events from freezing in the pipeline and allows requests to be sent to the PLC from S7 ProtocolLogic.
