I also just had a look in the dist/ directory.. the URL references
there point people *back* to apache.org.. even though files are
local.

It'd be nice if this was modified too :-/

i figure that might be the case.. in that case, i have
a php mirror here.. obviously i'd like to point it relative
to locally, so i'm going to do that if noone at apache.org
complains..
