Tags like <jsp:expression> doesn't work !

Hi,

If you try to use tags like <jsp:expression>  or <jsp:scriptlet> you will be 
get an error. Seams that Tomcat 4.1.12 doesn't recognize those tags, although 
required in JSP 1.2.
