AFAIK it has that ability out-of-the-box with the web tools stuff [1].

This should be asked on an Eclipse-oriented list or forum, though.

so does Netbeans but apparently it doesnt work when you create a \'web
project with existing sources\'

Or I just have missed some configuration.
