E2E turned off

Hi,

I have a situation where I am using taildir to get files to HDFS. If I do
not use E2E mode and go with best effort mode, is there a scenario where
the contents of the file can be out of sequence compared to the source. In
my use case I am not worried about guaranteed delivery.
