Registry Migrator to Attic?

Hi All,

I see that we are no longer using the registry migration tool [1] actively. Instead of dragging it along with every release, can we move it to attic [2]?

Then we can move some of the XRegistry related dependent jars out of
Airavata build. I can move it to the attic if others too agree with this.
