[users@httpd] jmeter loading problem

Hi All,
I need to test performance of Apache 2.2 mod_proxy_balancer. I have dowload
and run the jakarta-jmeter-2.3.2 on ubuntu 8.10. But  it doesnt load the
gui compponent . Can any body help how to solve this.
