[jira] [Commented] (FELIX-6205) Be able to limit the size in topics

Carsten Ziegeler commented on FELIX-6205:
-----------------------------------------
Disabling the timeout should not keep the event in the topic. Timeout only controls whether an event handler gets deny listed.
Therefore if this is currently happening, it is a bug

> Currently, if a user define timeout = 0 (no timeout), it's possible that the events stay forever in a topic and accumulate (potentially up to OutOfMemory issue).
> It would be great to be able to define the size of topics and limit there before consuming the whole memory.
