CDs

So I saw there are video CDs for $999.  What does that translate to as 
in rights?  Meaning if I buy one of them can I share it with my
coworkers, etc.?

no, you saw videos with audio cd.  61 video tapes plus a cd.
you can make copies for your personal or internal use, but you may not
reproduce them for any other purpose.
