First, thanks a lot for your proposition!

Some keys to contribute to Maven:
* you need to use the Apache license. 
* have a glance to [1] to know the Maven developers conventions.
* provide test cases (good points you already provide documentation!)

Moreover, you need to bump to the new ANTLR v3, released today.
