KEYS for modeler

Howdy,
I'm in the process of cutting the 1.1 modeler release, and have run into a
problem with the keys file.  I can't find the KEYS file for modeler, nor
can I log into www.apache.org (access denied) to add my PGP signing key to
the KEYS file.

Any ideas, suggestions, etc are appreciated ;)
