   1. Please describe the issue you observed:
   
       We used `RocketMq-connect-kafka` in the production environment, which for some purpose called method `KafkaSourceTask#pause()`, but it did nothing, Kafka's messages are still being consumed.
   
   2. Please tell us about your environment:
       Centos 7.8
   3. Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, logs, related issues, suggestions how to fix, etc):
   
        The methods `KafkaSourceTask#pause()`, `KafkaSourceTask#resume()` have an empty body, we should complete it.
