[VOTE] KIP-486: Support custom way to load KeyStore and TrustStore

Hi all

After a good discussion on the KIP at

are ready to start voting.

The KIP proposes - supporting custom way to load key/trust store instead of
just having ability to have key/trust store on the file system.
