By using the wsdl2java tool to generate the attached wsdl, the generated Interface will miss the parameter.
if I remove the "parameterOrder" attribute from the wsdl, then the generated codes will be correct.

I found that it's a bug in the runtime, the way it get the message parts is wrong, it check the service target namespace instead of the interface target namespace, it's easy to fix, hope will not break other things
