Shanti Subramanyam resolved OLIO-25.

    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed instructions in docs/php_setup.html. Since the name of the emulator is now 'geocoder', the URL in the php config file at webapp/php/trunk/etc/config.php also had to be changed.
