   I'm not sure why after RC2 cutting, the release script does not add "Preparing development version 2.4.9-SNAPSHOT" commit like RC1.
   
   The release script will check if ASF Git is snapshot version. So now when I try to cut RC3, the script complains.
   
   So I manually make the commit.
