Freeze on 3.4 branch (RTC mode)

We have to release 3.4.5.

There have been three commits since the final preparation of 3.4.5-rc1,
including the fix for the AskDNS bugs 7777 and 7875. Those seem safe enough to
include in a release.

Please don't commit to the 3.4 branch without a review and vote (RTC mode),
which should only happen if something is found that would block the release.

Regards,

  Sidney

It still set in Makefile.PL to minimum version 0.31 recommended 0.37.

Is there a Bugzilla issue for the problem you have described? I'm afraid I
don't know much about DKIM. Nothing new will be going into 3.4.5 unless there
is an open bug that is voted as being a blocker for the release. There are no
open blockers now, and I hope that the release can be out very soon.

It would help if you could describe your problem in a Bugzilla issue in clear
enough terms and examples that it can be reproduced by someone who is more
familiar with DKIM and perhaps amavisd or dkimpy or fuglu.

  Sidney

is minimal version of Mail::DKIM raised ?, i ask since it think it have
signer bugs when C= in dkim tags is used, it gives always pass if C=
have both as relaxed, but fails sometimes when one of them is simple, i
think its more or less ralted to not signing 7bitmime content, eq smtp
content filters as amavisd howto say disable 8bitmime before dkim sign
with Mail::DKIM in amavisd

problem could aswell be in dkimpy with is what i use in fuglu

if its to late before 3.4.5 then postpone it to be solved later, i just
like to have a heach up on it

Thanks Sidney. Good reminder. Those bugs were discussed informally and
approved by me as RM. All, unless there are objections, Sidney and I are
going to meet soon to hand off the 3.4.5 release manager duties so it can
get it built.

KAM
