What version of PySpark was this fix made available in? Looks like 3.0.0. Can someone confirm?

I'm running on spark 2.4.7 and am still seeing the issue reported in SOF [here](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59058588/pyspark-got-typeerror-can-t-pickle-abc-data-objects).

   I see `_pickle.PicklingError: Could not serialize object: TypeError: can't pickle _abc_data objects`.

Is this something that is supposed to have been fixed by this commit?
